Hey there, we hope you love your purchase from wombys studio, but if for any reason you’re not happy with it, we’ve got you covered. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of original purchase, and also exchanges for different size or color of the same item, if available.
To start the process, just contact us at sales@wombys.studio, let us know your order number and the reason for the return/exchange, and we’ll give you the details on how to send it back.
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but we’re happy to help if there’s something wrong with the product or if it’s not as described.
- We’ll take back any items that are in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns or exchanges.
- We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so make sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
- Once we receive your return/exchange, we’ll process it within 14 days, and issue a refund to the original form of payment.
