Once you place your order, we’ll get right on it and ship it out to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-5 business days (note: backorders can take up to 10 business days). We ship all orders via AusPost, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping (around 3-5 business days):

  • $10 (orders under $100)
  • FREE (orders $100 and over)

Local Pick-up:

  • If you’re in Sydney near Hornsby 2077, you can save on shipping fees by picking up your order from us. Just select Local Pick-up at checkout, and we’ll get in touch with you to arrange a time that works best.

Shipping costs will be dependent on the destination country and will be calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery times also vary.

Just a heads up:

  • We can’t control what happens once your package leaves our warehouse, so we’re not responsible for any delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from AusPost to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties.
