Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery options, prices and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch where available. Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs to be changed; changes cannot be guaranteed once packing has begun.

• Delivery estimates begin at dispatch and are not guaranteed.
• Contact us if tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged.
• International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning an item.

• Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags, packaging and proof of purchase.
• Customers pay tracked return postage; original delivery charges are not refundable.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Custom, personalised, gift-card and final-sale purchases are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Contact us with your order number, a description and clear photos if an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or incorrectly supplied.

Depending on the issue, the remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund. For a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. Reasonable return postage will be reimbursed for confirmed faults.

Eligible returns are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable delivery charges.
